A "room reservation" constitutes an accommodation agreement undertaken when the business accepts and confirms a reservation in writing or by telephone. In the absence of any other agreement, the requisites necessary for the completion of the reservation are understood to be the name and surname of the person to be accommodated, as well as the telephone number, with the request of the credit card remaining at the discretion of internal regulations. The rooms will be reserved for the client for up to 12:00 hours, after which the hotel will be free to assign them to other clients. If for reasons beyond the control of the hotel company, the guest reservation cannot be maintained, accommodation will be sought for the client in any other similar category hotel company.
If the client annuls his/her reservation less than 24 hours in advance, the hotel may charge the client 50% of the value of his/her stay.
