What are the check-in and check-out times? : Check in 12:30 and check out at 12:00 (midday).
What do we need to make a reservation?: Name, surname, telephone and credit card number. (Visa, Maestro, master card).
Can I have a late check-out?: Yes, always provided this is requested at reception and depending on availability.
Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (Large bed – two beds): Yes, always at the time of making your reservation.
Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one? : Yes, always provided this is requested at reception and depending on availability.
Are there non-smoking rooms?: Yes
How many floors does the building have? Is there a lift?: 3, one floor does not have stairs
Is there air conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year round?: Yes
Is your hotel adapted for the disabled?: Yes, depending on availability.
Can you look after my luggage when I check out of the room?: Yes, 24 hours.
Where can I park my car somewhere secure? What is the cost?: We have free open air parking, without nocturnal security.
Do you have any Internet or email access point at the hotel for clients?: Yes, the hotel has a business centre at the disposal of the client. There is also WIFI in certain areas of the hotel.
Do you have a quiet and romantic room? How may I reserve it?: Yes, we have various suites, depending on availability.
What languages are spoken on reception?: Always English and Spanish and occasionally personnel who speak other additional languages.
How far from Malaga is the hotel?: 25 minutes by car.
Is there a public transport service nearby?: Every hour a bus service to Malaga city centre and inland stops just 100 metres from the hotel.
How far is the hotel from the village?: 15 minutes on foot (1,5km).
How much is a taxi from the airport? How long does it take?: Approximately 35 € and takes some 20 minutes.

Of stately architecture, it combines traditional Andalusian style with classical architectural and decorative styles.

It has 35 rooms, all with air conditioning, heating, telephone, full bathroom and with exceptional views of the Guadalhorce Valley..

We also have a free Internet service for our clients, a cafeteria, gardens, children’s playground, extensive parking, swimming pool, tennis court and a restaurant in which we combine international cuisine with the traditional cuisine of the region.

We have an exclusive Business Centre, in which we organise all types of conferences, courses and any other type of event requested.
