2. DECLARATIONS AND USE IN RELATION TO THE WEBSITE

2.1. Declarations of Hotel el Mirador and limitation of liability.

This website has been created in good faith by the Hotel el Mirador with information from both external and internal sources. However, neither the exhaustivity, veracity, precision or current nature of all the information it contains nor, in particular, the use of our website for the execution of any activity in particular by the User, is guaranteed.

On the other hand, when accessing our Website, we neither control nor guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements which may produce alterations in electronic documents and files stored on your IT system. To this effect, we decline all liability for damages of any nature than may be due to the use that Users make of the Website and its services or content.

2.2 Correct use of the Website content by the User.

Hotel el Mirador and the User, expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction that may be applicable, agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Malaga (Spain) for any dispute that may arise from the provision of the services object of these General Conditions.
